Who we are
Park City's top-rated river outfitter
Utah Outdoor Adventures is a Park City–based outfitter built on small group sizes, vibrant guides, and a soft spot for the people who don't want to be "thrown together with strangers." Our trips run for families, couples, friends, and small private groups — never the bus-loaded crowd.
Summer means rafting and kayaking on the Weber River. Winter brings guided snowshoeing through the Wasatch backcountry. Our sister company, High Country Adventures, handles tubing and rafting on the Lower Provo — Northern Utah's largest rafting outfitter, operating in Provo Canyon since 1989.

Born in Salt Lake and raised on the Wasatch, Tyler founded UOA on a simple idea: hospitality first, guides hired for who they are as much as what they can do. After a career that ran through Snowbird, Hawaii, Costa Rica, Alaska, and Jackson Hole, he came home and started the company. His playbook - small groups, attentive guides, no bus-loaded crowds - is still exactly how we operate, and you'll still find him on the water guiding trips.
